Baby steps...day 3. No caffine and only a minor headache. Got my hair done, so that took my mind off the driving want/need for a couple of hours. I love good distractions like that.
Still fighting the urge now, but my youngest boy has his arm around my shoulders and just told me that my hair looks pretty. How can I give into temptation when I have such good support here?? I love my family. They are always pushing me to do better and be better.
